Include your app version, iOS version and a brief description of the issue. If you attach a screenshot, remove personal birth details and journal text first. Never send payment-card details.

Restore a purchase

Use Restore Purchases on the home report panel while signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple handles payment receipts and refund requests. You can request a refund at Apple’s Report a Problem service.

Manage your local data

Delete individual reflections in the journal. Settings → Clear local data removes birth details, chart and all journal entries after confirmation. It does not delete your Apple purchase or cards already saved or shared. There is no account or remote journal to delete.

Chart conventions

The current chart uses Gregorian civil time in the selected IANA timezone, solar-term year/month boundaries and a 23:00 natal-day boundary. True solar time and a comprehensive traditional whole-chart assessment are not implemented.
